I invite you to take part in classes that are a great alternative to YOGA.

I am open to cyclical cooperation (Warsaw and the surrounding area) or occasional cooperation (anywhere in the world).

I have extensive experience in conducting workshops at various mass events.

I will adjust the type of exercises to your well-being needs, e.g.: Stress Reduction, Learning Mindfulness, Conscious Breathing, Healthy Spine, Vital Body, Calm Mind.

Better than YOGA

QiGong / Tai Chi exercises are extremely universal. They do not require any aids such as a mat or the like. Fitness and full physical fitness are not necessary.

They can be practiced in any clothes without fear of sweating and, most importantly, they give a quick effect of calming the MIND and a more vital BODY.
