Better than YOGA
QiGong / Tai Chi exercises are extremely universal. They do not require any aids such as a mat or the like. Fitness and full physical fitness are not necessary.
They can be practiced in any clothes without fear of sweating and, most importantly, they give a quick effect of calming the MIND and a more vital BODY.
